According to information from the Meteorological Institute's Forecast Center, tropical storm Elsa is moving away from the national territory and does not represent any danger for Cuba, so it was decided to return to normal conditions in the provinces of Sancti Spiritus, Cienfuegos, Villa Clara, Matanzas, Mayabeque, Havana, Artemisa, Pinar del Rio and the Special Municipality of Isla de la Juventud, as of 08:00 hours today.
