The First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in the the northeastern Cuban province of Holguin, Luis Antonio Torres Iribar, together with Julio Cesar Estupiñan, the President of the Provincial Parliament, and other local leaders checked the pace of economic and social works done in Moa, as part of the development program for the easternmost jurisdiction of Holguin province.
