A ceremony held at the Protocol Hall of the Plaza de la Revolucion Major General Calixto Garcia, in the Cuban city of Holguin, served to give the rank of lieutenant colonel to several Minint combatants. The event was held sight the celebration today of the 56 anniversary of the creation of Cuba’s Ministry of Interior (Minint).
