Cuba's President of the Council of State and Council of Ministers, Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, received yesterday comrade Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Vice-Chairman of the State Committee of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Vice-Chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, who is visiting our country as Special Envoy of comrade Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Committee of the DPRK.
