In a few months people from Holguín can enjoy new dimensions of our city, thanks to a renovation project that will begin to run in the Libertad street space where the boulevard is located.

It is planned, initially, the renovation of the segment that includes Liberty Street between Arias and Aguilera, where the planters will be eliminated, with the aim that this space is only used as a transit route and not as a place to park.

In relation to the floors, these will remain, as well as the well-known fountain of the woman with umbrella, which will be restored.

The resuscitation of the facades and the use of LED lights in the facilities will offer new dimensions to this well-known section of the city.

The repair of the Integral Commercial Complex "El Trópico" is also included in this project and its main objective will be the establishment of a market that will cover from Miró street to Libertad and will have several services, among them, the sale of food products and industrial

In all cases the original construction standards will be respected, such as the high strut and the wooden doors, and the use of corporate colors will be promoted for each institution located there.
