Yanelis Silva Zamora, multi National and Parapan American table tennis champion for people with disabilities, has assured that she is not thinking about retirement, because she is certain that in the future she will be able to achieve new victories both in Cuba and abroad.
The best player of non-conventional table tennis in Cuba could not attend the Paralympic Games in Tokyo-20, Japan, however, she maintains high optimism supported by Jorge Luis Vega Guerrero, coach and husband with more than a decade of experience in this work.
It is to be hoped that the return to the new normality will propitiate the full reincorporation of Silva Zamora to training, because the international competitive calendar has planned commitments in the months of November and December, although Cuba has not yet confirmed the participation.
